Cross & York Privacy Policy

[TODO: full privacy policy to be drafted by Cross & York's counsel. The sections below are placeholders that should be reviewed and replaced.]

What we collect

Through the case evaluation form, we collect: your name, email, phone number (optional), service era, a brief description of your situation, and how you found us.

Sensitivity

Veterans submitting service- and health-related information deserve careful handling. Although Cross & York's website is not a HIPAA-covered channel, we apply HIPAA-adjacent practices to limit access, transmission, and retention of submitted information.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and assess case fit
  • To follow up by phone or email about next steps
  • For internal record-keeping required by professional rules

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.

Retention and deletion

[TODO: specify retention schedule consistent with state bar client-file rules and Cross & York document retention policy.]

Your data requests

Contact us via the address on the legal notices page to request access to or deletion of your information.
