Section 01

What is the PACT Act?

Signed into law on August 10, 2022, the Honoring our PACT Act (Pub. L. 117-168) is the most significant expansion of VA healthcare and disability benefits in decades. It added 20+ presumptive conditions linked to burn pits, Agent Orange, radiation, and other toxic exposures, and it accelerated healthcare eligibility for veterans who served in qualifying locations.
